    Be sure to set up your utilities before you move into your new home. myLennar simplifies the move-in process by listing local utility providers for your neighborhood 45 days prior to your closing date. Simply sign in to your myLennar account, click on the “Set Up Services” tab, and contact the providers of your choice.
  • Where can I find my home appliance manuals?
    You can easily access and digitally download all owner’s manuals and additional care instructions for your home’s major appliances from your myLennar account. Simply sign in to your myLennar account, click on the “Documents” tab, and select the manual(s) you need.
  • Where can I learn more about maintaining my home?
    Lennar publishes a wide range of resources that discuss the seasonal care and regular maintenance of your home. You can quickly access these sources through myLennar. Simply sign in to your myLennar account, click on the “Resource Center” tab, and select the category “Caring for your home” at the top of the screen. Here, you can download a Home Maintenance Checklist, view pertinent articles in our Resource Center, and access home care videos on our LennarCares YouTube channel.
